He sold his print shop in 2020 after 9 years of ownership — not because it failed, but because something bigger was calling. That experience of building, running, and exiting a business is what makes the coaching real, not theoretical.

Based in San Luis Obispo County, California, Don works with clients locally and across the country — and built the MAT platform specifically because no existing tool tracked what business owners actually need to track.
